Delete your ShelfCall account
In the app
Sign in, tap More, then Delete my account. On a laptop it's at the bottom of the side bar. You'll see what happens to each of your bars before anything is deleted. Type your email and tap Delete my account.
What's deleted
- Your account: your email, your password and every phone signed in as you.
- Every bar where you're the only person, with everything in it: bottles, areas, counts, sales, recipes, voice recordings and sales reports. If the bar is on a paid plan, the plan is cancelled first.
What's kept
- Bars other people still use. You leave them, and their counts stay. If you're the only owner of a bar with other people on it, write to us first and we'll hand it over or close it.
- Payment records our payment processor must keep by law.
Can't sign in?
Write to us at support@bananafest-destiny.com from the email on the account, and we'll delete it for you.
